Flat pack furniture assembly in Basingstoke
Skip the missing-screw headache. I'll put together your flat pack furniture properly, fix it to the wall where it needs it, and take the packaging away if you'd like.
Flat pack furniture is cheaper to buy, but it's slow and frustrating to put together, especially big wardrobes and beds that need two pairs of hands. I'll build it to the instructions, check everything is square and the doors and drawers run smoothly, and leave it where you want it.
Tall and heavy furniture like wardrobes, bookcases and chests of drawers should be fixed to the wall so it can't tip over, particularly in children's rooms. I'll use the right fixings for your wall, whether it's brick, block or plasterboard.
I can take the cardboard and packaging away afterwards if you'd like, so you're not left with a room full of boxes.

- Which brands can you assemble?
- All the usual ones, including IKEA, Wayfair, Argos, Dunelm and John Lewis. If it came flat packed with instructions, I can put it together.
- Will you fix furniture to the wall?
- Yes. Most tall furniture comes with a wall strap, and I'd always recommend using it. I'll fit it with fixings that suit your wall.
- How long does it take?
- It depends on the piece. A bedside table is quick, a large wardrobe with sliding doors can take a good part of a day. Tell me what you've bought (a link to the product is ideal) and I'll give you an idea before I come.
