Common questions
- Do you clear gutters on two-storey houses?
- Tell me what the property is like and I'll let you know whether it can be done safely from a ladder. If it can't, I'll say so rather than take a risk.
- How often should I reseal around my bath or shower?
- When the sealant starts to go black, crack or come away from the edge. I'll cut out all the old sealant and clean the joint before applying new, so it seals properly and lasts.
- Can you repair my fence rather than replace it?
- Often, yes. A single broken panel, a loose post or a sagging gate can usually be repaired or replaced on its own without redoing the whole fence.
