Odd Jobs
Odd jobs and small jobs in Basingstoke
Got a list of little jobs that never gets shorter? Send it over. I'm happy to take on the small jobs other trades don't want, and can often do several in one visit.
Plenty of trades won't come out for a small job, which is how to-do lists end up growing for months. I'm happy to take them on, and the best value is to save a few up and let me get through them in one visit.
Typical lists include fitting a new door stop, putting up a coat hook, fitting a letterbox brush, swapping a toilet seat, childproofing cupboards or putting up a stair gate. If it's a job you'd do yourself if you had the time and the tools, it's probably one for me.
If I'm not the right person for something, I'll tell you, and suggest who to call instead.

Common questions
- What counts as an odd job?
- Almost anything small around the house that doesn't need a specialist trade. If you're not sure, send me your list and I'll let you know what I can do.
- Can you do several jobs in one visit?
- Yes, and it's the best way to use a visit. Send me the full list with photos if you can, and I'll quote for all of it.
- Do you do electrical or plumbing work?
- Only small jobs that don't need a qualified electrician or plumber. For anything like new wiring, gas or boiler work, you'll need a specialist, and I'll tell you if that's the case.
